As part of our commitment to keeping players informed, this message outlines important upcoming changes that may affect your account if you are located in Tennessee.

After careful consideration, our platform has decided to withdraw its Sweepstakes services from Tennessee. While Sweep Coins gameplay will no longer be available, players will still be able to enjoy games using Gold Coins.


What Is Changing?

As previously communicated, starting January 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (EST), existing users located in Tennessee will no longer be able to play any games using Sweep Coins.

In addition, we will stop accepting mail-in requests for “no purchase necessary” Sweep Coins from Tennessee with a postage or delivery date of January 21, 2026, or later.


What Happens to My Account and Coin Balances?

  • Gold Coins:
    Your Gold Coins balance will remain unaffected. You may continue to play games using Gold Coins without interruption.

  • Sweep Coins:
    As of January 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (EST), gameplay with Sweep Coins will no longer be available. Any remaining Sweep Coins balance will be forfeited on January 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST) unless redeemed prior to that deadline.


Can I Redeem My Sweep Coins?

If you have a redeemable Sweep Coins balance, you must initiate your Know Your Customer (KYC) application immediately to be eligible for redemption.

  • KYC submission deadline: January 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST)
    No KYC applications will be accepted or reviewed after this date.

If you have already completed KYC and qualify for redemption, you have until January 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST) to redeem your Sweep Coins. Redemptions will not be available after this deadline, and any remaining Sweep Coins balance will be forfeited. All redemptions remain subject to the applicable Sweepstakes Rules.


Mail-In Entries

Mail-in requests for “no purchase necessary” Sweep Coins from Tennessee with a postage or delivery date of January 21, 2026, or later will not be accepted.
